This experience was so great and personalized; our guide Dino was so helpful and friendly we all felt relaxed and felt as though he was part of the family. All stops were great experiences; Lake Bled was magical with views and open air, Postojna was a particular natural wonder showing what nature can carve and create; Lubljana was the perfect evening stop to enjoy the Christmas spirit with mulled wine, warm chestnuts and happy people strolling by. We had a great time on our trip to Slovenia. Really good communication from the company and our driver Milan was excellent. We somehow landed on the worst day for traffic in Slovenia with huge backlogs of cars and trucks in the main roads, which impacted on the time we had to look around Bled and Ljubljana. Milan did his best to get us around it and gave us as much time as he could to look around. Highly recommended

Our private day tour with Milan was absolutely perfect and exactly what we wanted. Before booking, I found it very difficult to find day tours that would take us to all 3 locations on this trip (caves, Ljubljana, and Bled), along with the value of some customization since it's you and the driver all day. We went to the cave first, then lunch on Lake Bled before a scenic walk around the waterfront, and then onto the city. We talked to Milan about Slovenia & Croatia topics nearly the entire way, he was very engaging and fun. I would definitely recommend this tour with him.
It was very special to be driven around Slovenia to see these beautiful sites (and they are beautiful), but our favorite part was talking to Tanja on the road. We learned so much about life in Croatia, Slovenia, and neighboring countries - things that you can only learn by connecting with people on a personal level. Tanja is kind, gracious, knowledgeable, and funny, and the tour far exceeded our expectations.
