At Orca diving, there is a space where you can store your backpacks, and lockers for your valuables, all included in the kayak rental. Outside there are showers, toilets and changing rooms. Below the diving center is the beautiful Verudela beach where you can stay all day.
We have a large fleet of kayaks available for rental. Kayaks come in both sit-on-top and traditional models, 1-person kayaks or 2-person ( even 3). For kids from 5 till 8 years kayaks for free if rental include triple kayak.
Once you’ve checked in, a staff member will take you to the water’s edge and give you an orientation that includes:
- Getting comfortable with your kayak
- Basic paddling techniques
- Different routes through the area
- Safety issues and review
- Sun tan lotion and cap or a hat would be necessarily if going for a longer time(2hrs. or more).

Great staff and great location

We rented 2 single-kayaks and were shown a route to take where we could go to small caves. We paid 10€ in advance for one hour and were told we would pay the extra hour(s) once we got back. We arrived after 2 hours (so a full hour longer than we had paid for) and when we asked about the payment they said it was fine, we didn’t have to pay the extra hour.
Would definitely recommend! Very nice staff and nice route to take with small caves to go into and places to stop and rest on other islands.

I visited Orca with some friends as we wanted to have a little bit of an adventure! Orca dive team were very helpful. They told us all of the cool places to explore, where the secret little gems were and how to get there. We rented a couple of double kayaks and had so much fun we came back the next day to rent it again for a longer time.

We explored the cave, fratarski island, fraskeric island and frasker island. Each one is beautiful, the sea is amazing, the entire experience was fantastic!

Excellent way to spend the morning

We hired two double kayaks and spent two hours slowly working our way around the islands and into the caves. The water is so clear and still that it made paddling really easy. The staff were helpful and informative, loaning us dry bags, telling us the best route to take and where to explore and what we would need to take with us. We did not have to book in advance just turned up on the day. All we needed was water bottles, sunscreen and sunglasses. I would have loved to have tried the scuba diving as well but we ran out of time. Would thoroughly recommend. A lovely way to spend the morning and our two teenagers loved it as well.

I rented a kayak with Orca diving centre and they were so lovely from start to finish. They held our bags and shoes for us and gave us a dry bag to bring our phones etc. The kayak and paddles were perfect and they showed us exactly where to go. My friend was a little nervous and they put her at ease.

The service was very helpful.
The only downside was the price 150hrk per hour for kayak rental when in other towns we've seen prices around 70hrk per hour (150 for 4h).
