1 hr - Continue to Lake Bled, with views to the Julian Alps, a rocky stretch of mountain peaks that extend from Slovenia to Italy. You have an aerial perspective on the lake from the ramparts of Bled Castle, impressive medieval castle that dates back to 11th century which is perched high above the water on a rocky outcropping. Enjoy the mesmerizing views of the Julian Alps, the Church of the Assumption of Mary on the rock islet and the surrounding nature.
45 min - Descend to the small town at the edge of Lake Bled for a walk by the water, or stop in a local café to try the local specialty, a cake layered with fragrant vanilla custard, one of the symbols of the city. Following your time at Lake Bled, begin the return trip to Zagreb, where this tour concludes with drop-off at your hotel or a central location.

Great guide! We were lucky that we were the only ones for the tour so it was a private tour for us. Our guide was very friendly and informative, she explained about the history of Slovenia and Croatia to us.

My tour group was a very small one only 3 people and I feel super lucky as it felt more like a private tour. We went to Ljubljana and Lake Bled and spent the right amount of time in each place. Met at the Meteorological Point in Zrijevac park. Three of us on the tour plus our wonderful guide Maja. Once across the border, we made good time to Ljubljana. Beautiful weather enhanced the scenery even further. A truly beautiful place to visit. Make sure to try the local cuisine! We had free time to make our own way around Ljubljana for an hour, then onto Lake Bled. A wonderful dramatic location, and an opportunity to sample some Bled cake. Then back to Zagreb for the evening. Our guide Maja was excellent. Very knowledgeable and happy to answer questions, and made my trip to Slovenia a wonderful day. Highly recommend
It was super comfortable traveling with a small group, which made it a unique experience. Our Tour Guide Renato, gave us a lot of information within the trip, where we learnt a lot about the history and he was quite helpful. The tour focused on Ljubljana where we walked around the area and ate a delicious traditional meal. My highlight of the tour was Lake Bled, it was such a beautiful place. I would recommend this tour to anyone travelling to Croatia, as it is a perfect day trip.
