Great day! Pickup plan was communicated well, nice visit to Rapstoke, moved to group going back to Split upon arrival in Plitvice and toured the park w them. Plitvice is amazing, lot of walking. Wear good shoes and enjoy the magical scenery.
Big Day but much more than we expected

We were using this service mainly as a transfer to Split. The included guided tour of the Lakes was so much more than we expected. The whole day was seamless from pick up to drop off. We made quite a few timely stops for coffee, amenities & lovely lunch at an amazingly good local restaurant.
Our guides Marco from Zagreb & Peter who took over at the Lakes & finally transferred us to Split, both did an excellent job & we could not be more thrilled with how the day worked out

Really well organised and fun trip. Great way to move between Zagreb and Split

A really well organised trip! Pick up was on time and in a really easy place to find. Very informative guide who was super friendly and gave us all the information we required. 2 stops before we got to the lakes (one service station and the other a lovely village). A great stroll around the lakes at a steady pace for all different clientele. You get to stop half way round for a snack. I would brace yourself for the sheer amount of tourists and people trying to get the perfect “insta” photograph as it can be a little frustrating.
10 minutes from the park was lunch at a lovely restaurant that had super speedy service and cooked delicious food!!! Swapping busses to go to Split was really easy and all your luggage moved for you. Dropped off in Split as close to the accommodation as possible. A much better was to travel between Zagreb and Split then getting the train!! Worth every penny!
Great tour- professional staff

The drivers and tour guides working for Portal are so professional. We were picked up on time in Zagreb with others and the guide explained to us that the two of us would transfer to the Split group once arrived at the park. This guide was so professional and full of knowledge- I regret that I forgot his name. We transferred to Marcus ( driver) and Toni our fantastic guide. It was a rainy day, but these positive guys made our day special. The park should not be missed! I left feeling like a good friend of the caring Portal crew- both buses!
