Korcula Island
Explore the Korcula Archipelago with free time to swim and snorkel in the beautiful Adriatic Sea.
After boarding the boat we will set off for a leisurely boat trip around the wonderful islets located between Korcula Town and Lumbarda. There’s something so magical about cruising around the archipelago. We will stop a couple of times in tranquil spots for you to enjoy swimming, snorkeling and relaxing on the crystal clear sea surrounded by natural beauty. I will then prepare and serve you a scrumptious meal: grilled fish, vegetables, salad and home-made wine, all local produce from the Island of Korcula. I will share with your stories about island life and the local area, and you are free to ask questions as you wish. I will be your driver, cook and guide.

Lovely day out on the boat, Mario is an excellent guide. Gorgeous turquoise crystal-clear water then a delicious lunch to top it off. Thoroughly recommend.

A lovely morning spent swimming and enjoying Mario’s good company, excellent lunch served with wine!
I learned how to snorkel and Mario shared some local knowledge of the area, a truly lovely half day that I will gladly recommend!

Without a doubt, the highlight for me of an 11 night trip to Croatia taking in Split, Hvar, Korcula and Dubrovnik.
Mario was just wonderful. His meeting instructions were very clear and we were the only people on his boat, so I was grateful he went ahead. Not that our trip would have been any less with a fuller boat - it still would have been 5 stars. A lovely trip around with two lovely snorkelling spots and a small break on an island to have a walk around the grounds on an old monastery and grab a coffee. Mario was relaxed, chatty and knowledgeable (his English was absolutely perfect which is ignorant of us as Brits but was helpful) and he shared a lot of interesting facts and stories.
He also cooked one of the best meals we ate, barbecuing fish and vegetables on the boat while we snorkeled and we washed this down with a generous amount of wine. Not to mention the 9am shot of his father in law’s rakiya which was holiday fun. He encouraged us to throw the fish bones into the water, which we were sceptical of doing as it seemed a bit grim but he promised the fish would be like piranhas. They were and watching the frenzy of different varieties flocking around was fascinating and memorable.
He kindly dropped us off in Lumbarda, as it was on the way back and we were planning an afternoon jaunt there later.
It really was a beautiful trip and we were completely delighted. It’s also amazing value for money.

We had a very nice boat trip! Great for swimming and snorkeling. The host is very friendly and makes sure that you will have a nice time. The food and drinks are also very good! Would recommend 10/10

Mario was a terrific host. The ride on his boat was so comfortable and peaceful. He took us around several islands, we snorkeled twice, explored one island on foot and then back on the boat, while he was bbq’ing our dinner, we enjoyed jumping and diving from the boat as the sunset. A lovely experience and terrific time!
