What To Expect
Ljubljana Old Town
Meet a driver at your Zagreb hotel or a central location, then begin the journey to Ljubljana in a climate-controlled vehicle, crossing the border into Slovenia en route. Upon arrival in Ljubljana board a glassed-in funicular railway up to the Ljubljana Castle, a medieval fortress with views across the city (return funicular ticket included). Stretch your legs on a walking tour of the center, learning about Ljubljana history, architecture and culture along the way from licensed local guide. See a quirky cement bridge decorated with dragons, long a symbol of Ljubljana.

Bled Castle (Blejski Grad)
Continue to Lake Bled, with views to the Julian Alps, a rocky stretch of mountain peaks that extend from Slovenia to Italy. You have an aerial perspective on the lake from the ramparts of Bled Castle, impressive medieval castle that dates back to 11th century which is perched high above the water on a rocky outcropping. Enjoy the mesmerizing views of the Julian Alps, the Church of the Assumption of Mary on the rock islet and the surrounding nature.

Great guide! We were lucky that we were the only ones for the tour so it was a private tour for us. Our guide was very friendly and informative, she explained about the history of Slovenia and Croatia to us.

Had the most amazing time with the tour guide Maya. Very informative, kind, knowledge had a great time. My tour group was a very small one only 3 people and I feel super lucky as it felt more like a private tour. We went to Ljubljana and Lake Bled and spent the right amount of time in each place. Lake Bled was incredible well worth the visit.A massive thank you for the restaurant recommendation in Zagreb it was the best meal I ate. Would highly recommend.
Beautiful Scenery

Met at the Meteorological Point in Zrijevac park. Three of us on the tour plus our wonderful guide Maja. Once across the border, we made good time to Ljubljana. Beautiful weather enhanced the scenery even further. A truly beautiful place to visit. Make sure to try the local cuisine! We had free time to make our own way around Ljubljana for an hour, then onto Lake Bled. A wonderful dramatic location, and an opportunity to sample some Bled cake. Then back to Zagreb for the evening. Our guide Maja was excellent. Very knowledgeable and happy to answer questions, and made my trip to Slovenia a wonderful day. Highly recommend

It was super comfortable traveling with a small group, which made it a unique experience. Our Tour Guide Renato, gave us a lot of information within the trip, where we learnt a lot about the history and he was quite helpful. The tour focused on Ljubljana where we walked around the area and ate a delicious traditional meal. My highlight of the tour was Lake Bled, it was such a beautiful place. I would recommend this tour to anyone travelling to Croatia, as it is a perfect day trip.
